We rewrote CEN’s entire services canon and re-architected their website from the school’s point of view, without rebuilding it, turning eleven ungrouped services into five clear categories and the generic pages into role-based guides.
Enrolment Ecosystem™ Audit
See what your Enrolment Ecosystem™ is really doing, so you don't invest in the wrong thing.
It's easy to treat symptoms.
Schools invest in inbound marketing when the real issue is application conversion; or build new websites when the real friction is how families feel during a tour.
You work harder and blow through budget, yet the journey remains fragmented.
The Enrolment Ecosystem™ Audit is a careful, thorough process that reveals the hidden patterns, gaps, and frictions that shape your school's reputation long before a child ever enters the classroom.
Remote delivery available.
Why do we need an Audit?
Families don’t experience your school in neat silos.
They feel your story, your tone, your processes as one unfolding journey. Internally, these moments are often split across teams, making it difficult to see the root cause of friction, or the best area for improvement.
The Enrolment Ecosystem™ Audit shows where your team, processes and story is strong, where families fall through the cracks, and what’s getting in the way of a consistent, trust-building experience.
The Process
The Audit combines behavioural, qualitative, and systems-based diagnosis that shows how your enrolment ecosystem is functioning as a whole.
1. Enrolment Ecosystem Pulse™
A behaviour-led measurement tool that surfaces patterns of capability, consistency and friction across leadership, marketing, admissions and other key roles.
We’ve made the Pulse available to complete online, for free.
2. Listening Sessions
Conversations with key staff to add depth to the Pulse data and understand the “why” behind the patterns.
3. Systems Review
A practical review of tools, processes and workflows to see whether they reinforce or undermine the experience you intend to deliver.
4. Synthesis Workshop & Report
Align leadership, marketing and admissions around a shared understanding of strengths, weaknesses and priorities.
Who the Audit is for
The Audit is the ideal entry point for schools that want real improvement in the experience of families and staff. It is designed for:
- New leadership teams, principals, and business managers who want a clear, honest baseline of Enrolment Ecosystem™ health
- Marketing and admissions teams who are working hard, but feel stretched or overly reliant on a few key people
- Schools in transition, preparing for a rebrand, a new website, refreshed communications, or a broader shift in strategic direction
- Schools ready to act, but wanting confidence they’re fixing the right things in the right order
- Teams who want marketing, admissions, and leadership aligned around a shared view of reality with compassion and empathy
What is the Enrolment Ecosystem™?
The Audit is built on the Enrolment Ecosystem™ model. The Enrolment Ecosystem™ makes sense of what families experience, how staff work and how systems help or hinder along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after the Audit?
You come away with a clear diagnosis and a priority roadmap for your enrolment ecosystem. From there, schools typically engage us to support some of that roadmap, though rarely all of it, and you choose what to take on. There’s no obligation to keep working with us once the Audit is done.
Does this take a lot of staff time?
No, it’s designed to be high-impact but low-load. Most staff contribute around ten minutes for the Pulse and about an hour for a session, and that’s it. The whole point is to give you clarity, not to add another heavy thing to the team’s plate.
Will the Audit feel critical of our team?
Not at all. Our approach is intentionally constructive, not fault-finding, and it surfaces and validates what’s working as much as what isn’t. We look at the system rather than the individuals within it, and we think about what good looks like for you, in your context, rather than against some mythical perfect school.

Case Studies

The way your school communicates, and the experiences it designs, aren’t a bolt-on to the real work. They sit alongside your other important strategic initiatives as a pillar in their own right.
