The Enrolment Journey Health Check is free, and takes about five minutes. You answer twelve questions about your enrolment journey, then enter your email to see your report. We send the report to you, along with a few follow-up emails from Jacob.
What does the Health Check look at?
The Enrolment Journey Health Check looks at your enrolment journey from a family’s side, in four parts. Presence is what families see and hear of your school before they’re known to you. Connection runs from the first time a family becomes known to you to the moment they apply. Application runs from a family’s application to accepting an offer, and Preparation from accepting the offer to the first day of school.
What is the Family Journey Framework™?
The Family Journey Framework™ is Bolsta Education’s model of how a family moves from onlooker to guest to school family. A family starts as an onlooker, becomes a guest when they say hello, and becomes school family when they sign. The Health Check follows that journey in four parts: Presence, Connection, Application and Preparation.
What will my report show?
Your Health Check report shows how each of the four parts of your enrolment journey is going, and which part to look at first. You can send your report to a colleague, so you can compare how you each see the journey.
What happens to my answers and my email?
The Health Check keeps your answers in your browser while you work through the questions. Your email and your report go to our email provider so we can send you the report and Jacob’s follow-up emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and our privacy policy explains how we look after your email.
