I want to share some exciting news.
Simon Wagg has joined Bolsta Education as Senior Advisor – School Leadership.
I had the chance to work with Simon during his time in executive leadership at Trinity Christian School. What struck me immediately was that he already had the language for what Bolsta’s work is.

Simon has sat in the rooms where enrolment pressures, staff dynamics, board expectations, and the delivery of a school’s story and mission all arrive at once. He knows, more than many, what it costs school leaders to take on change, and what it takes to see it through.
He holds a Master of School Leadership with a focus on change management, and brings over a decade of executive school leadership experience.
Perhaps most importantly, Simon is a wonderful human.
Schools that work with Bolsta are asking hard questions about story, experience, and how families and students come to feel like they belong.
Having someone who has navigated those questions from the inside is a meaningful addition to the conversations we get to have.
