How it works
1. Discover
I start by surveying the members of your team to find out what they’re struggling with in their role, and where they believe your team needs to invest time and resources in the near future. From there, I collate the responses, pull out insights and prepare a workshop crafted to address the issues raised.
2. Discuss
In the workshop, each member of the team will have the opportunity to speak candidly about their responses, and we will work to gain consensus on both your biggest challenge and your next priority.
3. Action
After the workshop, I’ll summarise the outcomes in a short document with recommendations for future actions. From there, you may choose to proceed with a full Bolsta audit to receive a complete roadmap for your upcoming year. Alternatively, I can provide you with the guidance and contacts you need to kickstart your next big priority with the best team.
